Shipping and Returns


Upon making your order, please allow up to 24 hours before your order can be dispatched to Australia post.(Approximate delivery time):
  • AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC EXPRESS 1-3 business days (Tracking provided)
  • AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC REGULAR PARCLE POST 2-7 business days (Tracking provided)
  • INTERNATIONAL 6 – 21 Business days (worldwide; all countries other than Australia)  ( Countries able to track include the UK, USA, NZ, SINGAPORE, GERMANY, IRELAND, SPAIN, MALAYSIA, CHINA AND CANADA) All other countries will receive a tracking number but the item will not be trackable along its journey. 
Please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs in your country. Once your purchased TAND Swimwear is passed onto Australia Post, your parcel is now out of our hands and is in the control of Australia Post. Should you have any inquiries on your parcel, please contact Australia post Customer Service 13 76 78 (for overseas contact +61 3 8847 9045) before contacting TAND Swimwear. TAND Swimwear is not liable if the wrong shipping information that is given to us at check out point. We are not liable to refund the order, but we can re-dispatch to the corrected address if the parcel makes it back to our TAND Swimwear office.


Tand Swimwear offers 30 days return policy! If something doesn't fit or doesn't suit we want to know about it and help you find your perfect fit!

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unused and sanitary stickers still in place);

  • it must also be in the original packaging; and

  • must have original tags still attached.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are not covered by TAND Swimwear, and is non-refundable. If you are returning or exchanging an item(s) over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your package.

If your product meets the above criteria you will be eligible for a return. If you need to perform a refund log onto to fill out the returns form.

We will happily exchange items in situations where there is a wrong size, or if you have received a faulty item and wish to replace it with a new one. If you need to perform an exchange send us an email at and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please detail the order number in the email description.
